Josh Hall

Another well-credentialed member of the Rod Hall Racing group, second generation racer Josh Hall was born with race fuel in his blood.

The son of off-road racing legend Rod Hall, Josh naturally began his career in truck racing, proving to be highly successful in each category he raced.
Moving into Valley Off-Road Racing Association in the late 80’s, Josh and his brother Chad combined their driving skills to win several class championships, numerous VORRA and HDRA race victories and an overall points grand championship.   Together, “The Hall Brothers” formed a dominating partnership for several years.

It was these performances that gave Josh a berth with Rod Hall Racing in its first foray into competing with the Hummer H2 in the highly competitive Super Stock SUV class in 2004.

As one of four drivers involved in the Rod Hall Racing program, Hall quickly proved to be the “man to beat”, finishing on the podium in the third-ever race of the new racing machine.  That started a string of 9 consecutive victories and culminated with the 2005 SS SUV Class Champion and Grand Champion runner-up.

Josh and the rugged H2 have since racked up 12 victories out of the last 15 races, including a solo drive down the famed Baja 1000 “peninsula run” in 2006.

For 2007, the veteran will line up in both premier off-road racing series in the MileMarker Winches Racing H2 Hummer.
